When we WANT to buy good food, we NEED to buy NOURISHING food that is closest to its natural state and organic.
But pricing mechanisms and convenience (and faddishness) point people in other directions – than towards making optimal marketplace decisions when they are shopping.

‘Transitioning’ has become a verb we had never studied in school, but ‘transitioning’ ranchers and feedlot operators toward plant-based agriculture is necessary (and ought to have been ‘designed’ as a program decades ago). The thank you for doing this in current time! My concern would be to prepare for a handoff to others who can help in this effort (if anything happens to the current ‘champions’ of ‘transitioning’ ranchers.
Let’s help ‘transition’ the meat (and animal exploitation) industries together – and to support the growers (producers) of nourishing, evidence-based plants – kale, spinach, collards, and other leavy greens – and polyphenol-rich berries.
Nutrition is ‘a relatively young science’ (in its current forms) and incorporates agriculture and epidemiological data. But what makes the most nourishing (nutrient-per-calorie) plants for farmers to grow?
